For clients who are not ready to implement full Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), we provide a range of unbundled services. This allows our clients to select from a portfolio of HR and Recruitment Services which deliver the same best practice outcomes and allow our clients to take a gradual approach to HR outsourcing. They therefore don’t have to start from scratch should they decide to develop a centralised recruitment operation, whether internal or RPO.

As an alternative to a complete end-to-end recruitment service, Manpower can provide modular or 'unbundled' services. This means we provide only an element, or some elements, of the total process, and you provide the other services. This allows you to pick and choose, as your needs dictate, the components of the recruitment process, resource management or HR functions.
